Jeff Chevalier was or still is a huge wannabe that used his sexual orientation to pay his way through life rather than getting a job. It seems that when the bucks were no longer forthcoming Chevalier would resort to tricks (pun intended) to get his way. It's amazing how smart, older men got fooled by an uneducated dude.
